Bio and Work Experience:

In 1995 I moved to San Francisco to pioneer interactive brand design and development and landed at Red Sky Interactive.  Red Sky became the creative leader at the height of the Dot Com explosion, and I was part of an amazing team of creatives that developed the first interactive branding for clients including Nike, Miller Genuine Draft, HP, Absolut Vodka and Coca-Cola.  After 8 years at Red Sky, I moved on to A Good Seed Production. As a Brand Manager, I worked to produce large scale immersive events for clients including Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Simplex and Old Navy.

I moved back to the East Coast in 2005. I spent my first 13 years in Vermont at Dealer.com having the opportunity to envision and develop its brand and build its Marketing Department. I successfully helped lead Dealer.com to be recognized as the leader in the Automotive Internet marketing space and grew the Marketing Department to a team of 22, managing video, events, web, project management, public relations, social and print.

After successfully growing the corporate brand, I followed my heart to build Dealer’s Corporate Social Responsibility vision and mission. I launched the P.E.A.C.E. (Planet, Eat Local, Arts & Culture and Employees) Program in 2012 and successfully ingrained the mission of P.E.A.C.E. into Dealer.com’s ethos. Accomplishments included implementing a highly engaged Employee Volunteer Program, creating a strategic and mission focused grants program, building a highly successful sustainable transportation program and generating a strong focus on fusing the arts and creative into the business and community. Dealer.com became known nationwide as a leader in social responsibility for its commitment to the arts and stimulating the creative economy.  Dealer.com was nationally recognized with a BCA 10 Award in 2016 by Americans For The Arts as one of the top 10 businesses in the United States making a significant commitment to the Arts.

For the past several years I have been consulting in Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
